Dear Mr. McConnell(sorry, I cannot address you as any type of "Leader"):

I am surprised that no one has pointed out to you that your obsequious deference to the mercurial whims of the White House squatter has effectively neutered one third of the system of government established by our Constitution. You know---that "three co-equal branches of government" thing. While, thankfully, the House is now in the hands of serious and ethical people, your refusal to permit a vote on bills not previously publicly blessed by the Donald means that Congress as a whole is a non-participant in the government of our nation insofar as legislation is concerned.

Sir, you may have grown accustomed to your status as a political eunuch, but the majority of Americans would prefer a more "vital"--- a more responsible and participatory---form of government; the form envisioned by those storied Founding Fathers. If you intend to continue allowing this aberrant clown in the White House to determine how YOU perform YOUR sworn obligations, I have a money-saving suggestion for you.

Any competent attorney can draft a General Power of Attorney that, once appropriately signed by you, would purport to legally authorize the man-baby to do anything you could do and do it in your name. I don't think this has ever been tried before by anyone in your position but, if it worked, it would free you from the burden of pretending to do the job you were elected to do. And, it would save you the embarrassment of having Dear Leader appear in public with so much of your lipstick smeared all over his "nether regions".

In closing, let me say that I sincerely hope that life gives you all that you so richly deserve.
