WA Gov Inslee announced plan to pardon thousands of people with misdemeanor marijuana convictions

Washington Gov. Jay Inslee announced a plan today to offer pardons to thousands of people with misdemeanor marijuana convictions. Marijuana became legal in Washington in 2012. About 3,500 people could be eligible for the pardons.
