(102,225 posts)the place to be given how many legal issues are overwhelming us right now, yet he panders to these RWers and gives more and more of the program over to cultural references.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I think that is very foolish.

Yeah, I'm watching LESS and LESS of Ari, and so are my friends.

(14,249 posts)He's smart, knows his stuff and has great understanding of the law. But I've grown weary of what's becoming his schtick - bringing on right wingers and the Scaramuccis of the world and his efforts to appear hip with his hip hop quotes and references. I usually turn him off about halfway through now.

(11,631 posts)...but the fact that traditional conservatives like her constantly run cover for Trump's idiocy and corruption by rationalizing his behavior for their trickle down tax breaks is what takes the heat off people like McConnell... Noonan and Hewitt are the worst. At least George Will and Steve Schmidt and Michael Steele had enough self esteem to call it what it is.

(7,725 posts)SO annoying. Guilt shared is guilt diminished, and we alllll know how much repubs hate being called to account and blamed for what they've done. NO both sides DON'T do it, and if they do its, Dems. .10% Repubs, 99.90%, and literally, there's no comparison.

(7,725 posts)I think Democrats are some of the best governing representatives the WORLD has ever seen. There are better countries, and there are far worse. I like what I see about this congress. I can see that Democrats arent saints, but in comparison, we are a far cry from the corruption and greed out of the right and alt right and conservatives in this country. It's shameful at best, criminal at worse.

(7,725 posts)they have these folks on msnbc routinely. Sorry ARI, no eyeballs for you this week. Willard the other day really smoked my ass. Such a son of a bitch.

(6,974 posts)Which is WHY I am begining to turn Ari completely OFF.
He's turning into a both siders person in that he started inviting poeple like that silly, full of herself, revisionist history crackpot Noonan onto his show that do nothing but SPEW ignorance and thuglican talking points, and like you said both siderism.
This whole border wall fiasco isn't the Dems fault. It's ALL tRumpurin's and thuglicans fault. They had complete control of the government for almost 3 years, and the Freedom Caucus wouldn't give fatso-in-chief the $$ for his wall. The fault of not building this racist sham of a border wall clearly rests on tReasonous, 18 lies per DAY fatso and his complicit, treasonous minions in the thuglican party.

(14,249 posts)He and Maya Wiley spent several days last year talking Sam Nunberg off the ledge when he clearly was going through some kind of emotional crisis.
And now he has him on as a guest analyst ...
Really?
LenaBaby61
(6,974 posts)Oh yeah, I remember watching those shows where he had Nunberg on thinking "Damn, that clown's doing nothing BUT sipping out of that mug in front of him. Wonder what aalcohol he's drinking." 🤔 Nunberg should be in alchol rehab instead of being an analyst.
Ari's unfortunately turing into Chuck Toad with much more legal experience and intelligence. Sad thing is that Ari knows politics, but he's giving into this both sider thuglican crapola that somebody like Noonan spews. I don't really ever watch CNN, so this particular hour I spend my time doing other things like surfing the internet until Rachel comes on.

(28,252 posts)What the hell happened? Did she tell Ari Melber she likes rap music almost as much as he does?
Noonan shouldn't be on any MSNBC program at any time---but just a day after Democrats officially take over the House? Unforgivable.

(34,439 posts)Sound ridiculous. (Can hear but cant see the TVdont know who it was.)
The Repub told Ari he sounded disingenuine; if youre going to use big words, be sure they are real words, Buddy.
