As a DNC (maybe) project during the shutdown . . . . .
. . . . . how about getting interviews with out of work federal employees in red districts and red states around the country. Concentrate on states where a GOPee senator is up in 2020. Give weight to districts with vulnerable reps.
Play the interviews. Plant them in the media. Make a big deal of the personal, human harm wrought by Mitch McConnell and Trump. Play it heavy in Kentucky and other states where the leadership comes from.
