I do not want to give Trump any ideas BUT

If it was an actual emergency and he has not yet done what he threatens isn't that negligence?

What is the repercussion of calling something an emergency when it is not? Say he called the police or fire or paramedics for something that did not require their attendance???

So he is threatening out loud to create a false emergency to get his way....can we (and by that I mean Congress) do something?????

I am so sick of this man and the people who support him.
