The Palmer Report is one of the sites on my Do Not Visit list. Early on I found Palmer guilty of over-hyping stories, using dramatic click bait headlines that the story didn't support, arriving at a convoluted conclusion on a piece of news to please its liberal readers, too much cut and paste of others' work, etc.
