One word: LAME.

I have no idea why cheeto face decided to address the nation. He said nothing that we already didn't know.

Nancy and Chuck did a great job, but once again... there was nothing new here. What a waste of time for everyone!

but they might have considered the optics. As Rude Pundit observed, it had a real "American Gothic" feel and they are setting themselve up for some memes.

Glad they both mentioned Mexico paying for the "barrier" (as Spanky called it tonight).

The same scare-mongering and lies as usual probably won't work as well with his base, many of whom are now facing the reality of not getting paid, not getting tax returns, oh and by the way, the government shutdown means NO BORDER SECURITY FFS!!!
