Durbin says Trump whined that he didn't want the meeting with Pelosi and Schumer today.

There were reports yesterday that Trump said the same thing just prior to his stupid televised statement last night. He felt like he was being coerced by his staff. They are desparate and grasping at straws. Shitler is flailing about and pissed. Who in the ShitHole Adminsitration will get the axe next?

There have been actors who have played Presidents real or fictional, in the past with convincing conviction and realism.

Michael Douglas
Martin Sheen
Daniel Day Lewis
Harrison Ford
Edward Hermann

Any one of these great actors could do a better job than the one we have now.

I think he's sick of the office. Probably knows he's only going through the motions, anyway, until he gets slammed by Robert Mueller.

Kevin McCarthy is 'disturbed' by the Democratic impression that Trumpski was anything but gracious and willing to negotiate. He flatly stated that Schumer and Pelosi lied about the way the Trumpster acted, noting the Squatter-in-Chief came to the meeting with pieces of candy to offer everyone.

Because we all know pieces of candy are a well-known token of genuine deal-making and serious negotiations.

Trumpski thinks he's on the schoolyard dealing with third-graders.

(and most tremendous) shutdown, then he'll pull the national emergency stunt. The government will open, court challenges will be filed and Don's wall will once again be no more than a cult rally talking point.
