At this time, we need leaders that can keep our country on an even keel

We don't need obsequious politicians wagging along behind demagogic leaders.

We need leaders that can put their Party labels on the shelf and work for the benefit of our country.

This government shutdown is unnecessary. It was done for purely political reasons.

"Shutdown our government"? What does that mean to you as an American?
