He'll have all of Congress plus the Supreme Court as a captive audience plus tv viewers on all networks as well as cable and CSPAN, so why wouldn't he? His ratings will be yuge.

This is what I got from NBC this week

On Tuesday, January 29th we will air the NBC NEWS SPECIAL: STATE OF THE UNION live to all time zones at 9:00pm -10:59:30pm ET.

It may just be the Democratic response . . .
