Y'all following Ari Melber's rationale?

It's a good one. Seems to be getting some traction

trump says it's an emergency. He's going to schedule or postpone a resolution for now. He may declare at a later time

THAT MAKES IT NOT AN EMERGENCY!!

Of course it's not an emergency. The shutdown via the wall is a power grab. Trump doesn't give a shit about border security or a wall; he wants autocratic power.

Gitmo, so only Halliburton had the expertise to do it.

The question should have been who is going to get the contract to build the wall.

carapass. [Sorry!]

Too much $s/rubles have been exchanged (and well recorded by the KGB) for the turtle to escape unscathed. Unless the USSR just won WW-III.

Dictionary.com (@Dictionarycom)
An emergency, by definition, is sudden and urgent, it’s usually unexpected, and it requires immediate action.

Ari Melber (@AriMelber)
If you can delay it, schedule it, or decide later whether or not it exists ... it’s probably not an emergency.
