MSNBC host badgered Dem Rep. COHEN about accepting/negotiating with SHITLER's crap

I'm fairly sure now it was TN Rep. Steve COHEN, whom I'd never heard before. This was in late Saturday afternoon after SHITLER's crap to keep the wall. The host was not one of our recognizable ones, kept saying that SHITLER had put something on the table for "negotiation" and that things in it had been advocated for by Dems before, so (in her framing) it was up to Dems to "negotiate". She kept skipping past that the frigging WALL was still there.

COHEN was on fire, knocked the breath out of me. He rattled off that SHITLER had arrived at this crap proposal by meeting with Senator TURTLE and his son-in-law, that this is no kind of negotiation, that he was MEETING WITH HIS OWN TEAM when he should be meeting with the Dems to "negotiate" and that leaving the frigging WALL in there is no kind of negotiation.

The host kept up her own stuff, so did he, and he finally "yelled" (not yell-yell), " (SHITLER) needs to RESIGN!1"

Now here is where I step into it, as usual. I was thrilled at a Dem being a fighter, and had a deja vu event: Years ago I chanced on a Dem representative on CSPAN using his free time when they talk to the empty chamber, and it was somebody *lambasting* Shrub and Repukes in general, absolutely tearing into them. I'd never heard of him, did the Googling and for a few months I had a new hero. Then all heck broke loose. It was somebody named Anthony WEINER.

So COHEN's Wiki page is way long with a ton of Lib cred, but with one ODD item about texting a "daughter"/not-daughter. For now I'm fine.

.... Tenure
Cohen is far and away the most liberal member of the Tennessee delegation, and arguably one of the most liberal congressmen ever to represent the state. He has a lifetime rating of 4.3 from the American Conservative Union; for most of his tenure he has had the lowest ACU rating of any lawmaker from Tennessee.

He is the first Jew to represent Tennessee in Congress, as well as the first white Democrat to represent a significant portion of Memphis since freshman George Grider was defeated by Republican Dan Kuykendall in 1966, and the first Jew to represent a majority black district,[6] as well as one of the few white congressmen that has represented a black-majority district. Before being elected, Cohen told reporters that he would seek to become the first white member of the Congressional Black Caucus, but later decided against joining after members of the CBC (influenced by co-founder Bill Clay) indicated that they would not allow a non-black to join.[6] ....

Seemed to me that the three questions I heard barked at the Dem were previously constructed in a script.

I turned it right off.

Someone has fed framed questions to anchors, it appears.

He was always a good barometer of who was a Repub down here....somebody would gripe and roll their eyes about him and you knew right off they were a right winger.
