Identifying the main perpetrator in this case is understandable, but the whole roster of all of them at the event is wrong if they are minors.

My questions are: Where were the adult chaperones when this was going on, and why were they allowed to insert themselves into the Indigenous Peoples March? Most school field trips I have been involved in have some pretty cut and dried rules for the chaperones and for the students on these field trips.

I rarely think about the financial aspect of these types of events, but, yes, corporate sponsers need to get involved as well.
