Inaccurate, but not untrue or false. When lawyers argue inaccuracies abound.

Two lawyers could be told to describe a pile of wet dirt. One might say the pile is mud. The other would contend it’s just a pile of wet dirt. Both would contend that the other was inaccurate and that their description was better.

Neither is saying that the wet dirt is a false or untrue in its existence, just that the representations are inaccurate.

I suspect that is what we will find at the end of the day when we find out truth, or as much truth as a criminal administration can not cover up.
