but she's a horrible presidential candidate and I don't trust her conversion from conservadem to liberal to be honest.

Warren went from conservative to liberal too but she oozes authenticity compared to Gillibrand IMO.
Harris and Klobuchar are very authentic as well.

I like Booker, but he and Gillibrand simply viscerally want to be President too obviously and clearly to come across authentically and their campaigns will languish because of it, and because neither of them occupy a space that isn't filled better by someone else.

I was disappointed in Al for folding like a cheap suit. The man was framed!

The problem with Gillibrand is that she has too many areas where she evolved including gun policy. She went from being a conservative leaning Dem in the House to the most liberal voting Dem in the Senate. That feels like a person building a resume to run for POTUS to some people. Hence the accusation of opportunism.

But when the change happens right after a politician announces a run for the presidency, it's natural to regard the change with skepticism.

against amnesty and referred to those seeking it as "illegals," and wanted to make English the official language of the US? Are we sure she's a Democrat? What are her positions on LGBTQ rights? And are we sure she's unequivocally pro-choice?
