This shutdown is not about a wall. It's not about security. It's not even about the budget. (Original Post) kpete Jan 2019 OP

Unindicted Co-Conspirator and their insane base are sinking them. So what incentive do they have to save the nation?

If the Republicans can compel the house to pass legislation they would otherwise oppose, the election was nearly irrelevant.

Plain and simple. Trump can't give in because that's what he campaigned on. Nancy can't give an inch because that will bolster his base for 2020. Go Nancy, stand your ground

live in palm beach

it would be hard to believe that trump wouldn't offer limbaugh a deal

fact is limbaugh always tries to look impartial in republican primaries for exactly that reason - anyone could give him big bucks and then 1500 radio stations have to follow because the dittioheads scream at the other talk show hosts

limbaugh tried to be impartial in the 2016 primaries but was clearly making excuses for trump every time something else came out. limbaugh also dissed est candidates rubio and bush for being soft on immigration - probably with subtle digs on their latino connections

trump team studied talk radio in 2014 - and with the russians involved it means limbo is right in the middle

coulter is not the problem. she's a limbaugh parrot, smarter than the others with her own take but all within the same parameters.
