Quiz: Who shut down the government?

On Dec 22nd, 2018, when the government was shut down, all branches of government were in the hands of the Republicans. If they had waited two more weeks, the Democrats would have been in charge of the House of Representatives and they would have passed the spending bills from the Senate. There would have been no shutdown.

But Paul Ryan was in charge of the House on Dec 22, 2018, and he carried the water for Donald Trump. This is just a small factoid for those that have forgotten who shut down the government and how? When the government was shut down, Republicans were in charge of everything. Now, they want to blame the Democrats and demand that the Democrats open our government.

People need to be reminded who was in charge of all branches of government when the government was shut down.

trump and the gop are behind this shutdown. Just remember trump said "we need a good shutdown" , and every Democrat should be reminding the American people he said that. Its a distraction for putin away from his russian issues, and its not working this time for them. Expect more intentional distractions from trump and the gop for putin.

Why does everyone keep expecting more from it? Go listen to Sirius channel 127 if you want to hear the truth. Cable news is owned and controlled by greedy right wing American oligarchs, Libertarians who put out their right wing narratives. They are just as bad as Putin.
