I went to a godless public school and when we went to New York City we weren't able to just wander around without adult supervision and run amok. I am simply amazed that these students were permitted to wander DC alone for apparently hours at a time. Teenage boys, especially in large groups, tend to be self centered jerks if they are permitted to be. These kids take it to an even worse level to be sure, but virtually any group of teenage boys let to wander in packs for hours are going to do things they shouldn't be doing.

or is the Priest on the video? I know the student claimed the chaperones were there but I saw no one else claiming that. Incidentally if he was there, that is worse.
