(500 posts)This last presidential election cycle. Often the question "Do you support a living wage?" Was asked. More times than not the Repuclican answered no. And people still vote for them. I just don't get it.

(11,252 posts)and the powers that be have been working to bring it back in as many ways as they can. Prison labor, migrant labor, the labor laws in Saipan, "unpaid internships", no/low minimum wage, crushing unions, and now, forcing federal workers to work without pay.
We have to fight this fucking inhumane tendency in our ruling class.
