Next step comes January 31 when a new NCSBE will go into effect. That board can then call for an evidentiary hearing where all of the evidence will be laid out #NC09 #ncpol @wsoctv

Don't underestimate the creativity of the anti-democracy GOP. See, e.g., Wisconsin, Michigan, Florida, and the trumputin / mcconnell shutdown.
