and one side has been taken over by a bunch of evil, authoritarian mother fuckers who would (and did!) torture and kill babies to defend their power base.

they should try to avoid continuing resolutions but if a budget can not be agreed upon a continuing resolution should be automatic

to force a CR at current levels to take over if normal funding is not agreed upon keeping the government running until the Omnibus Bill takes effect.
