otherwise, nothing to pardon.

pardon's also mean you can't take the 5th when called to testify, IIRC.

(what else in new) from Stone by saying Stone didn't even work for him close to the election. Sorry can't find the link ... I've just been reading so much this morning. Anyway if Individual 1 now up to the same old lies about not being involved in campaign, why would Stone (or any of these other stupid old idiots) even remotely believe that they will be granted a pardon?

Can't wait for Jr. and Kushner to do perp walk ... and to watch Individual 1 say they were just "coffee boys". tRump's initial instincts are always to try and protect himself first.
