Undercover Austin police officers aided Houston Occupy protesters

Joshua Phanco, Assistant Harris County District Attorney, appears before District Judge Joan Campbell to discuss the Austin police officers who infiltrated the protest group, and entrapped them into making devices they used in a blocking a road at the Port of Houston on Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012, in Houston. Defense attorney for Ronnie Garza, of Occupy Austin who joined protest in Occupy Houston, will asked District Judge Joan Campbell to dismiss charges, saying trio of Austin undercover detectives showed them how to make "Dragon Sleeves,'' PVC tubes allowed protestors to chain their arms together.

and it shows the Police were trying to incite the peaceful protesters to violence
