(33,688 posts)She was my first "boss" in the legal profession. She was the editor in chief of the journal I worked on in my first year of law school. I wasn't surprised in the least when I heard she'd become AG and then Governor of Michigan years later. She was a very nice person even back in the mid-1980s when I met her.

(59 posts)I also saw a nasty look on Rachel's face after she played Jen's speech.
(Jen is currently against Rachel although that will change next week).
Probably resents her somewhat or looks down at her for being at "that other channel".
Jen's show is awesome and I've grown tired of Rachel.
