Dow up over 200 points and Toronto stock exchange up 140 points Obama effect?

Toronto stock market jumps 150 points, ECB moves to bring down borrowing rates
TORONTO — The Toronto stock market registered a solid advance Thursday after the European Central Bank announced a program to buy government bonds in order to lower the borrowing costs of countries that have been the most badly affected by the European debt crisis.

But on Thursday, the Dow Jones industrial average hit its highest mark since December 2007, and the Standard & Poor’s 500 index soared to its highest level since January 2008 in a rally that seemed destined to mark a milestone: American stocks have come almost all the way back.

3. I heard on TV some other reason. But CARMAX was up 3.6% when I looked so I think ...

I think it became clearer to a lot of people that Obama is likely to win?

Obama makes a helluva lot more sense & I think the stock market agrees.

Austerity is wrong, Greece knows that, the EU better catch on real quick.

the Spanish have been on the verge of riots ....Protestors went into stores and confiscated food for the poor

then the ECB decides to by the bonds

I think they realize Austere measures don't work Greece is still in terrible shape
