I was so sad I cried.

Jennifer Granholm gave what was one of the best speeches I have ever heard. The line Romney got the car elevator the workers got the shaft was the best line ever in one of the best speeches ever. I was thinking Jennifer Granholm 2016 and thinking about who would be a great running mate for her. Then as Cenk et al were talking they said she is Canadian. Never in my life have I been so bummed that a person I think would make a great president is not eligible to run. I don't know how long it will take me to get over this. But, in a couple of years when the subject of who we are going to nominate comes up it will open that wound anew. The only thing that cheers me up is that there is a huge pool of competent fiery and smart democrats that are eligible to run for office. But, still I think she would have been great.

Perhaps Granholm can help her write speeches. Surely Granholm has a place in the DNC.
