Not for the timely updates from the convention but for the fact that we didn't lose any of DU functionality during the convention.
I recall conventions of days gone by where the servers would be so overloaded that all you could do was post - everything else was disabled like graphics and other functions because it was too much traffic.
From all the new posters I've seen I think we probably had the highest traffic for all the conventions tonight but with the new DU3 it was all smooth sailing!

to get *tutched* by that mustache. Like not eeeven the slightest possibility of that thing getting anywhere close to him. Kinda like the thing on Donald Trump's head. It might be alive, after all. It could jump off and bite or something.
Or decide it had found a new owner. 
After years developing DU3 it's fun to see how much more efficient it is on nights like tonight. DU2's software was a nightmare compared to this, but we still have a little room for improvement before the debates start.
It was great connecting with the whole DU community through the convention.
And it never slowed down! You've come into your own, Elad. And, you've carried DU right along with you!
Now, if I were you I'd be talking money with the other two.

I don't remember this much excitement last election cycle.
My darling niece posted on her facebook page after our President's speech that she was going for the Dems. She has always been a registered Dem, but never felt confident enough to admit it openly, as she has so many nut bag friends from her childhood. These are people who grew up in government subsidized housing on an Army base and are now Tea Party Terrorists. The hypocrisy burns.
The site did indeed work beautifully, and I spent waaay too much time on it.
He got left behind with all the work and NO free beer!
