I am so sorry I left C-SPAN on way too long.....

the misinformed, the willfully ignorant, the bigots and racists, the Fox News viewers (talking points are the same), freepers, people who blame Obama for high gas prices, high unemployment, stealing from taxpayers to bail out auto industry..........is taking me off my high.

The call in and spew their stupid, ignorant crap.

I hate these people - I know it's not right to hate but I have to say it: I hate these people!

Back to MSNBC.

And thanks DU for sharing this wonderful convention!!

Love you guys and gals!

1. I sometimes watch the morning call-in show ("Washington Journal") while eating breakfast

The bemused expressions of the hosts crack me up sometimes as they're asking pointed questions to the callers. And you'll hear a pretty intelligent, well-informed caller on occasion, who refutes some idiot caller's RW talking points.

Don't know how you stood it for even a few minutes. I'm enjoying the afterglow of a great convention -- the flood of sewage from the right wing will be ankle-deep soon enough.

I concede that the ones who know better (the bigot's who are 1%'ers) are probably worthy of hatred.

the greatest convention of our lifetime by having the TV on a channel that will allow paid GOP callers to spoil the evening with their fascist propaganda?

7. I watched C-SPAN for about 90% of the convention - didn't want to miss anything.

They had complete coverage, after POTUS' speech, they were going down onto the convention floor interviewing the delegates, which I thought was cool.

Then the nasty call-ins started. Like I said, I left it on too long...

8. You're not kidding! I didn't want to miss any of the speakers, so I stayed with C-Span, too.

The IGNORANCE of callers/tweeters that followed the close of the convention was so off the mark that even my non-political junkie husband was shaking his head & scoffing at the comments.
