Usually the deal is to use multiple (read: many) pens to sign the document(s) and then distribute these pens to his invited guests. Thus, each pen has a touch of the history of the document.

Chump, on the other hand, uses one pen for the signing and then distributes unused and unhistorical pens directly from the box to the recipients. The only historic connection the pen has was that it was in the same room at the time of the signing.

What a maroon!

Has anyone taught him how to tie his shoes yet?
