Someone probably told him this was seriously secret or told him this needed to be kept hush hush. But he decided to show them that he doesn't have to pay attention to anyone or anything. So he tweeted those pictures out as a way of getting revenge against the people who told him to keep it quiet.

In Dumpy's world the only thing to keep secret are bad things about himself...all the rest is up for use.

Some posters at the link claim these are preapproved photos and are perfectly safe to tweet. But take a long look at those photos. All those books of info are sitting wide open. I bet with some good equipment, I could read them. Then there are names of people and pictures of people in the back. All those folks become targets and now foreign governments knows a lot more about those people. These are definitely Not prestaged and approved photos.
