I can only imagine...

...there must be some mighty damning evidence, beyond what has already been adequately proven, that the Republicans are terrified witnesses can provide.

That would be the only thing I can think of that would cause them to abandon him and vote to remove him from office.

They aren't fooling anyone at this point--other than his cult followers. who think this is all A-okay. That's only about 20-25% now.

emails and docs that were hacked from the R servers at the same time the DNC server was hacked. We've never heard anything about those hacked R docs.

far they don’t know how to reverse course. They would have to admit the Dems were right and McConnell would rather, obviously, kill the Repub party than do that.
