Pure racism.. That's all it can be.

The boyfriend of one of my nieces is an absolute racist pig. I don't know how the young lady managed to get raised to tolerate it, let alone embrace it. He has a motorcycle and showed up at my door today wearing something similar to the pic below. It occurred to me.

We live in a society where this is supposedly cool

And this is supposedly scary.

?

There's one thing I think DJT deserves credit for. He embraced and emboldened and brought the racists out of the woodwork. No more shadows. Excuses can't be made for them anymore. There's no more patting them on their little heads with talk of "heritage" or "culture". No more politely enduring the disgusting attitudes among family and friends.

It is long past time to call it out.
I did, and I do. I hope you do too.

Editing to clarify, I am not saying the young man is racist for what he's wearing, I'm saying he is a racist - and runs his face about how we should outlaw the hajib and other religious wear in public just seeing someone with a covering make his start running his mouth - and yet he wears apparel covering the same thing when it suits his purpose. It isn't the apparel. It's the racism.

One is a woman with a beanie and face scarf and the other is a Muslim congresswoman. What’s scary about that?
