If I were Jeff, and I most certainly, am not I would invest the money in area's that would help the society which has allowed him to reap so much money. If he can't or won't, the incremental income on these incredible returns ought to be taxed at a rate that helps sustain the golden goose.

more orders/profits for Amazon! I really can't believe that the guys who profit so much can't figure out that adding more money to the middle class budget via rising salaries and minimum wages isn't self-fulfilling for a consumer based economy. It's not like this money will be invested or put in the money market...it's going to prime the consumer pump.
