I hate Chuck Todd, but that makes sense. President Obama is out front making hard decisions every day. Bill Clinton gets to swoop in here and there and show how amazing he is. And don't get me wrong, he IS amazing! Michelle is incredible, but as a First Lady, she doesn't do anything controversial (unless you're a rightwinger).

The guy in charge is always going to be less popular, because he gets blame along with credit.
