The irony of Mitt Romney

Mitt idolized his bigger-than-life father, George Romney who was such an enormous success in business.

From The Real Romney by Michael Kranish and Scott Helman:

"Mitt recalled walking the factory floor with his dad, who would say, 'We're going to make this company great.' One of the keys to George's continued success was his ability to fight off a corporate raider who bought up shares of American Motors stock and seemed poised to try to sell off company assets and take a profit." (emphasis mine)

I guess all that time Mitt spent at his father's side didn't teach him as much as he thought.

I noticed that about Romney a year ago. It was like GW all over again, trying to one-up his Daddy. It rarely ends up well.

AMC was only kept alive for many years, way past its due date, because of huge purchases from the Federal Government.

Flip-Flopper has been living like Kim Jong Il his entire life.
