Anyone else find it ironic right wing radio would accept tax attorney ad mentioning offshore income?

I was tuning through the radio last night and landed at my local right wing talk station (KSFO). The station was playing a commercial for local tax attorney Steve Moskowitz. Introducing the ad, the narrator said that unreported offshore income would lead to severe criminal penalties.

Huh. And then I realized: most listeners to this station would be voting for the presidential candidate who'd be an ideal client of Moskowitz. I wonder if KSFO is subliminally admitting that Romney may be a tax cheat?

By the way, this attorney has a 2 out of 5 star average rating on Yelp. One reviewer writes:

Steve Moskowitz is easily the worst person I have EVER done business with. On visiting his San Francisco office, he asked me various questions regarding my tax issues, including how much money I had in my checking and savings accounts. Once done with his pitch, I asked him how much this would cost me... His answer was that it would cost me EXACTLY what I told him I had in my accounts.

Another writes:

Not recommended. Luckily I never wasted a dime on him. Like everyone else, I heard the commercials (shame on KGO) and called for a consultation. He is so arrogant I'm surprised anyone would go past the first step of talking to him. He abruptly asked me a bunch of questions without letting me get a word in edgewise, then said point blank "$16,000.00". When I told him I couldn't afford that and would have to continue trying on my own, he said I was naive, and would be "slaughtered" by the IRS.

And:

Our experience with him and his firm has been nothing short of an unprofessional nightmare. We were provided an excellent, albeit somewhat high pressure, sales pitch from Steve Moskowitz. It was confident, reassuring and seemed to clearly provide a solution for resolving our tax situation. We agreed to proceed and paid our service fees. This would be the last time we were to receive any kind of friendly and expeditious service from Steve Moskowitz or his firms representatives unless it was a request for more money.

We received and returned the Client Tax Preparer very promptly. Then, nothing. We emailed. No response. We called and were told someone would get back with us shortly. Again no response. After three weeks of playing this back and forth game, we were sent another Client Tax Preparer to fill out with ANOTHER CLIENT's NAME printed on it. After we brought this to the attention of our contact, we were told the original person handling our return was no longer with the firm and they were uncertain of the status of our return. After repeatedly following up with this firm, we finally got our final taxes
prepared.
