I never thought I would ever say this but there are worse choices for VP than Palin

who would have thunk that!

I thought nothing could be worse than having Caribou Barbie as your VP choice but then again I hadn't met the Paul Lyin' Ryan yet.

Who do you think was the worst VP choice?

for being crazy. His views are all wrong and all he says are lies but the man is not an idiot. Which is far scarier.

to make Poppy Bush look prettier, or something, I thought they could not have found anyone more ignorant or inarticulate.

Well, smack my butt and call me a potato(e), because I was wrong. Very, very wrong.

It could be argued that Palin was good for the McCain ticket; she was a "game changer", at least temporarily. In office however, I am not sure which is worse, the stupid & evil of Palin or Ryan, or just plain evil of someone like Cheney .

They could have named Allen West or Sharron Angel or Steve King...there's a lot of crazy inside that corrupt and inept party and it keeps getting crazier. And it will until being a teabagger is a liability to winning primaries (and I don't see that happening anytime soon).

Pinocchio Munster was forced on Bishop Willard...despite the smiles, bringing on Lyin' Ryan means bringing along all his "budget"...but he got a nice "donation" from Sheldon Adelson. Willard showed that he wasn't in control of his own ship and now we've learned that Pinocchio is a hypocritical liar to a fault.

The jury's out on how bad a choice he is...we still have 7 weeks of gaffes, stumbles and lies up ahead...

It's just now that we know about his dirty lil secret we would be aghast at anyone who picks him for VP. But at the time he had me excited!

He's a phony now, and he was a phony then; the only difference is we didn't know the real John Edwards yet back in 2004.

But at the time he was a good choice for VP. Unlike the other choices the GOP has made which we knew was a disaster from the very start.

But for different reasons. Palin was too stupid to be able to pull off the massive campaign of lies that Romney/Ryan are trying.

16. I said Ryan but bringing back Cheney for another shot at VP would have rivaled this.

Especially with the reality of another easily-led type of GOP presidential candidate.

I figured if Cheney wanted to run the Romney White House like he did Bush's, he'd pick one of his cronies for VP like Rumseld or Wolfowitz and then he's serve something like Secretary of State.
