Krugman: Romney walked back the walkback of the walkback re. preexisting condition coverage.

Here’s Gabby Douglas illustrating Mitt Romney’s position on coverage of Americans with pre-existing conditions:



Seriously. As of this morning, as I understand it, Romney has announced that he would guarantee coverage; walked that back; walked back the walkback; and it seems, walked back the walkback of the walkback.

All of which reflects the fact that he’s got nothing.

Romney has graduated from the flip-flop to the flip-flop-pretzel twist-flop-flip routine. He really is working toward, if not already achieved, Olympic gold in this regard.
