I live in very Blue Montgomery County Maryland, and I've seen a couple signs

that say

"Montgomery County for Romney."

Today, I saw that someone had taped a sign above the Romney sign that reads:

"The Only Guy in"

I'd have taken a picture, but I was doing 50.........

I like living in the boonies everyone is much more laid back even the nutters are nicer. I love the snowplough racing in the winter and the neighbours seeing who can cut their grass quicker. Its just a much more laid back lifestyle.

If you're in the Virginia Boonies, that's pretty nice. And yes, Montgomery County can be expensive - but then, I've lived in Westchester County NY which had at least three times the taxes, so MoCo looks pretty good in comparison.

Plus i found the neighbours were very much into complaining about everything for example if you parked one yard in front of their house you would get a snide note on your car and gawd forbid if you left your trash cans out until you got home from work.

It doesn't surprise me too much because there's a lot of wealth in this community, and I could totally see folks voting for Romney because they don't want to pay higher taxes.

Hard to believe the student loans can be connected to the Holocaust guy is the same guy who thinks thousands of abortions being rape and incest related is a dismissible quantity.

Any information on the race would be appreciated - seems to be both a pickup opportunity and the chance to get someone who really really needs to retire out of Congress.

to make it Dem. Spend part time in MoCo and part in Ha'town. Will stop in Delaney's office in few days to pick up stickers for my car > visibility.

Will ask then how things are looking. Folks have to learn that there's a choice, encouraged guy I spoke with about this.

Concern I have, learning about, re: this District AND cantor's in VA: I think Cong Districts are TOO LARGE!

Yes, you're right: Its time for him to GO!!!

I thought about how pissed I would be if instead of MC, I lived in a red county in MD, put up a sign for Obama, and someone defaced it like that.

Then I didn't think it was so funny.

Recently I was in Northern Virginia and spotted in a parking lot a vehicle with a vanity tag reading GOP SUX.

I could not believe my eyes. Wondering how they got that past VA's DMV.

The vehicle was also plastered with Obama/Biden stickers. Northern VA is also pretty liberal, but I would be afraid of suffering retaliation for a license plate like that.
