she owes alot of thanks and gratitude to both President Obama and Bill and Hillary Clinton

politics is funny sometimes.

But Obama's coattails will do wonders throughout the country

2. Where is the irony or the funny part? She was brought into politics by Obama for consumer issues.

3. the irony is some of her rabid fans don't realize that

and she needs to remember that when not running for president in 2016 but letting Hillary do it.

I personally think she will seal the deal with the voters by taking a pledge to stay for the entire term and not make it a temporary stepping stone as her rabid fans keep wishing here.

Should she win, she needs to stay in the senate and be the leading liberal voice for the next decade or two (she needs to be the equiv. of Teddy Kennedy once he decided the senate was his calling and gave up running again after the way too devisive 1980 democrat fiasco).

Her victory is the single easiest key to winning the senate back. So if I were to give her advice, I bet she would gain another 3-5 percent making that vow that the senate is where she wants to be the next 6 years.

4. I don't think she has any rabid fans, just wishful sig lines. She never said she wants more.

It was hard enough to get her to take a public job at all, then harder to get her to run for Senate. Are you hearing people in MA suspecting she is only using MA as a stepping stone?

If so, contact her campaign to get her to relive the voters of that impression. I'm not in MA, so I don't know what voters there say about her. I do know that DUer WilliamPitt lives in Boston.

and they are hearing people talking like that
(office cooler talk)

of course, it might be Brown's people doing the whispering and passing it along(it is also possible the rightwing radio/tv is suggesting it.

Some strong words by her, I would almost guarantee gain her another 3-5 percent, which put with the lead she has now, would put it out of the range of Brown.

I will mention this today to my family members up there to suggest something, its better if it comes from a resident.
(and BTW, one of my relatives there is my sister, who more than a decade or more before she became Supreme Court Justice, was telling me Elena Kagan was on a fast tract to be nominated once a democrat came back into office. So she knows her stuff politically.)
