Mitt Romney is running for President to lower his own taxes. He hates paying taxes with a red hot passion. The recent video is only the latest example of his hatred and resentment for paying taxes to "moochers."

And it's not to lower taxes on the other one percenters. He doesn't care about them at all. It really is just to lower his OWN taxes. The guy is a complete narcissist, so much so that he honestly thinks there's nothing wrong with what he's saying.
