tax plan, which had 0% taxes for capital gains. Mental giant Rmoney said if he was under that plan, he'd have paid no taxes.

So, he admitted to not paying income taxes (because he only had capital gains). So he's part of his 47%.

He's as stooooopid as he is an asshole, and that's a LOT.

and he hasn't had a day job in 6 years. Mitt's claim is that 47% of Americans are parasites because they pay no income tax (everyone knows the poor pay other taxes like sales and payroll taxes). Rachel is saying we don't even need to see more of Mitt's tax returns to realize he's one of the parasites according to his own definition.
