Like you, I am worried about this election. Possibly unlike you, I am very optimistic, especially when I see weekly -- and even daily -- big DU threads leaking into major media. This is especially true during and since the conventions.
IMHO, this is not going to go away. I really think that the M$M sees the same thing DUers see. Blood on the water. They will approach it cautiously due to their imperative of keeping the horse race alive. But, they will be drawn inexorably into the narrative of how big will Democrats win?
This can only happen if we all keep working our tails off. The Romney meltdown is a gift. Let's not squander it.
That's my take.

The country will be more fractured but republican class warfare is out in the open for low-information voters to see like never before.
