Are there two separate organizations called the "Family Research Council"?

One group, called the "Family Research Council", is asking it's opponents to be civil and debate with fairness and without what it calls name calling.

However, there is another group that is also called the "Family Research Council", this group is known for calling gays servants of Satan and cultural terrorists, has said that people who support same sex marriage support bestiality, and has said that gays need to be exported.

I think someone needs to call up one of the groups known as the Family Research Council and tell them that there is another group taking it's name and doing the exact opposite of what it preaches.
