I don't think there's a single officer or detective these days that carries a revolver. About the only officers who wouldn't carry one might be a SWAT team sniper, who might use a bolt action weapon.

If one demands approval from others for their actions, they lack sufficient self respect, and must seek displays of respect from others to replace the real, organic respect of self. so, if they allow clearly inflammatory billboards...because someone has to get them approved and pay for them as billboards are not "free speech"...then, they bear the responsibility.
