I wonder if Rove is ready to jump from the Romney ship, and just focus on congress.

I Think they might do what the GOP donors did in 1996, and just put your money where it could work. If they do this it could work as it did in 1996. Romney looks weak right now so they might just give up on him. I am not sure that would be good for our congressional hopes.

As was already mentioned, Rove is working for the Bush family, and it has "ALWAYS" been about setting Jeb Bush up for 2016, that's why the corp of "clowns" this year for the nomination were so pathetic, and Romney actually won.

The plan all along for Rove was to keep the big money coming in so the could use it for the races in the House and Senate. One thing I don't think he really figured in was the fact the Romney is so disliked by most of the republican party, and that Romney is a walking disaster! I think a lot of republicans are going to sit this race out because of how bad Romney has been as the nominee, and they can't bring themselves to vote for him.

I think it will be tough in the house to take it back, but I do think the democrats will make headway and gain seats. As for the Senate I think it will stay in the hands of the democrats, but still no super majority. I hope I am wrong about the House, but it will be tough to win back unless Romney has an even worse October than he has had so far in September. If October is worse, well that could be a whole lot better for the democrats taking back the house.

If Romney got in, no Jebbie in 2016, so they sent Rove as a Trojan Horse into the Romney camp.

The Bushes despise Romney.

Was Palin part of it, too? Keep losing, Rove. Then, when we least expect it...what? Nothing. All Rove does is manage a Super-PAC. That is IT.

Now Paul Ryan jumping ship. That I could see.

He keeps hoping we focus all our energy on defeating Romney and forget about everything else.
