What a mess. He expects people to actually believe him?

They are either irredeemably stupid and proud of it, or they are transparently duplicitous and lying about it to themselves.

The stupid ones are just lost souls, mostly ill-informed or fed propaganda as truth and scape-goating as "taking action". I feel some empathy towards them, in many cases they started off as ignorant of the facts and thus were easy marks for slick-talking sham-artists and con-men like the entirety of Fox News and radio cultists.

The others though - the ones who lie to everyone to justify Trump's abhorrent behavior and traits - these scum bags deserve their own circle of Hell.

How in the world ANYONE can see him, hear him, watch him pout and huff and puff and not be repulsed is simply astonishing to me.

There are pro-life people that are so hyper-focused on that single issue that they are willing to ignore everything else. They currently have everything they've been working for over the last several decades. They have control of the SC, they have packed the courts with Federalist Society judges, they have a cooperative President and senate, and they have control of at least 26 states. They will vote for the devil himself to get and keep what they want.
