Real Time with Bill Maher continues its 18th season Friday, August 7 (10:00-11:00 p.m. live ET/tape-delayed PT), with a replay at 11:30 p.m., exclusively on HBO.

This week features one-on-one virtual interviews with actor, producer, and director Chris Evans, who recently founded the civic engagement platform, A Starting Point; and Distinguished Visiting Professor at the College of William & Mary and former Chief of Staff to Colin Powell, Col. Lawrence Wilkerson. This week will also feature a virtual panel with host of The Unspeakable podcast and author of The Problem with Everything: My Journey Through the New Culture Wars, Meghan Daum; and Paul Begala, CNN Political Contributor and author of YOU’RE FIRED! The Perfect Guide to Beating Donald Trump.

Paul Begala is a "friend of the show" and I agree that Lawrence Wilkerson is always great.

Last week, Amy Holmes was listed as a writer. The last time she was a guest, she said she didn't know who she was voting for.

It's the same thing Bolton said on Colbert. Very frustrating. (Or they don't want to lose the rest of their friends.)
