The VP is not about making you or anyone else here on DU happy. It is about the person who best helps the ticket win in November. I'm not saying that it won't be Duckworth, but don't be too disappointed if it isn't.

any of the primary candidates, the Dems have an embarrassment of riches. The talent is widespread. Duckworth, Rice, Harris, Abrams, on and on. I want to see this new wave of Dems take over the party. It's where the vibrancy is, where the future is.
