Louisiana with 4+ million is losing 134 million, Wisconsin with 5+ million is losing 42 million.

Indeed, looking across the south, it seems like per capita most of the red states are going to get hurt more on a per capita basis than cheeseheads.

On edit and Alaska with 0.7 million people is going to lose 130 million.
